Mangel af Huse, at der ikkeer de fornødne Huse (paa en Jordeien-dom), = húsleysi; gerðum vér þessijarðarskipti vár á millim sakar þess,at meðan vér áttom allir saman jarð-irnar, féllo þær niðr firir húsaleysi,því at hvárirtveggja þóttost mikit tilleggja ok kom þó jörðunum lítit tilgagns Dn. III, 1168.
