húsbrot, n. 1) kaldes det om nogen, idet han fraflytter en Gaard, derfra bort-tager Dør eller noget lignende og saa-ledes bryder noget løst af dens Huse. Gul. 755; Hák. 915. 2) Dele af et ned- brudt Hus; tók (skriða) ok bœ í Búð-arnesi, ok önduðust 12 menn, en einnlifði í húsbrotunum ok hafði heitit áÞórð Jónsson Flat. III, 57419.
