Flek, Plet eller Mærke efter Slag eller lignende; nú særir maðr annan,þá skal hann sárbótum bœta þeim, erhann særði - - eyri, þar sem útkemr, ok meta ílit útan váða ok vammok lemd alla Gul. 18510; ef hundr bítrmann - svá, at orkumbl verða at eðaílit Grg. II, 18720 (Grág. 3721); sváskal hann pína hana, at hvárki verðiat orkumbl né ílit Grg. II, 5818 (Grág.1833).
