II, 3564; Edenþat þýðist krásir eða sællífi at várumáli Stj. 689; sagði hann þetta eigifyrir því, at í himinríki sé hvárki matrné drykkr eða aðrar krásir til nœringareða fœzlu Barl. 3610; fár funnust þarkrásir þær, er nökkurn mann munditil lysta, þó at alhungraðr væri Barl.20027.
