Udtalelse, Yttring, Udsagn; nú finnast mönnum orð um lið þeirra,hve skrautligt var, ok um málsemd (=málsenda GísL. 115) Þorgríms (se L. 7 fgg) ok skörungskap hans GísL. 9314;kemr piltrinn fyrir ábóta ok gefr þærmálsemdir (dvs. taler saaledes), at ábótafinnst allmikit um Æf. 2624; heldr ennökkur tunga megi þat sínum fram-burði (&vl málsemdum), sem verðugter, fram segja Mar. 33410 jvf 32; konungs-móður málsemdum var mjök á lopthaldit Flat.
