mjaðarbytta, f. Bøtte, Kar (bytta) , hvorider er Mjød (jvf justa af miði full Nj.30 under mjöðr); kom þar Finnr lítlimed mjaðarbyttu, ok var þat grasaðrmjöðr ok enn sterkasti OH. 7133 (Flat.II, 8635 fg); þegar Aron kom í loptit,stóð Þórðr upp ok heilsaði Aroni -;Þ. talaði þá við sveininn (som var hosham) hljótt, ok gékk hann (nl. sveinn-inn) í burt, ok því næst kom inn mjaðar-bytta, ok drukku með gleði um daginnBp.
