(nd) overlevere (noget i ens Hæn-der, jvf mund f.), lat. tradere; gripirþeir allir, er léðir eru til heimanfylgju,ok eru þeir metnir ok myndir í hendrþeim, er konu fær, þá á hann þá jafn-heimila, sem faðir ok móðir léti heimanfylgja Frost. 11, 41; Landsl. 5, 117;mynda skal meyjar fé allt o. s. v. Gul.542, se under mynding.
