Fald, Nedstyrtning, Ned-synken fra den Stilling, man tidligerehar indehaft, i en lavere eller ringere;íllir lutir ero mannsins afbrot eneigi guðs skepna, svá sem birtist meðenglinum ok manninum: þó at þeirvildi eigi varðveita sínn góðleika, varþat sjalfra þeirra háð ok niðrrapan, enhvárki nattúra né guðlig skapan Post.5374; at lyktum gátum við (nl. ek okmeynunnan) harm ok gátum við íllskuokkar í milli; sjau mánuðr var ek íþessi niðrrapan, áðr ek tók at hug-leiða -, hvat fyrir höndum mundi, efek önduðumst í þessu Heilag.
