offranarkerti, n. Lys som især paa Kyn-dilsmessedagen, men ogsaa ellers holdtesi Haanden af dem, som da offrede iKirken (jvf Dunstans saga c. 4, Icel.sag. II, 3888. 21); gengr hann til her-bergis saman kallandi alla pílagríma- biðjanda, at hverr ok einn taki síttoffranarkerti ok fari allir til kirkju Ja-cobi (i Compostella) prófandi, at hannvili lofa þeim at vera um náttina íkirkjunni Post. 69936.
