(fd) 1) gjennembore, = raufa 2;með örum munu þeir þá raufa (Vulg.perforabunt sagittis) Stj. 33722 (4 Mos.24, 8). 2) rive, plukke; þungara verðrupp at reyfa (&vl rífa) þær rœtr oktægr, er vald hafa til at greinast okvaxa víða Barl. 8611; bauð konungrinní sínni reiði at skera af tungur þeirraok út reyfa (&vl rífa) augun ór hausumþeirra Barl. 1091. 3) plyndre; Vindrráku skamt flóttann ok lögðust á val-inn ok raufuðu ok fléttu menn bæðivápnum ok klæðum Fm. XI, 38029.
