sakbót, f. 1) Bøde som bydes, ydes nogen i Fyldestgjørelse for ham tilføiet Foruret-telse; at þeim vill guð eigi skriptabœtrheimta, es fyr guðs sakar vilja eigi sak-bœtr taka Homil. 3126. 2) Bøde som Drabsmandens Frænder havde at betale til den dræbtes.
