skapfarinn, adj. saadan som har Tænke- maade, Karakter af den Beskaffenhed, sombetegnes ved et tilføiet Adv.; vel skap-farinn OH. 17534 (= skapi farinn Flat.II, 3023); þórarinn var úeirðarmaðrmikill, þar eptir vóru synir hans skap-farnir, hinir mestu hávaðamenn Korm.15 (3129) efter Möbius Udg. (= skapifarnir Korm. 1421).
