Ret som paa Arvingens Begjæring sættes efter en Mands Dødtil Paakjendelse af de fremkomne Gjælds-krav paa Boet; ef sá maðr andast, eröreigi er, ok er engi maðr skyldr atgjalda skuldir hans; þá var hann ör-eigi, ef hann átti eigi mörk eptir eðameira fé; nú var þar meira fé ok vároþó skuldir meiri en fé, ok er erfingiskyldr at bjóða til skuldadóms eptirhann o. s. v.
