VIII,4102; ljónar heita þeir menn, er gangaum sættir manna; þeir menn eru, er sváeru kallaðir: kappar, kempur, garpar,snillingar o. s. v. SE. I, 53019. 55815. 2) Filosof, = spekingr; þá diktaði hann3 bœkr de pulchro et apto ok sendieinum snillingi í Rómaborg, er Herituser nefndr Heilag.
