(nd) sprude (intr. af sprøite med sprudle som Diminutiv); setti Eilífrþegar kesjuna á Rindil miðjan; en skyrit(som han netop havde spist) sprændi órhonum ok upp á Eilíf Ljósv. 2031; erhann létti fingri frá sárinu, þá sprændiór bogi eitrs ok blóðs Heilag. I, 56537;við dauðann sprændi fram saurrinnnattúruliga af leyni kviðarins Stj. 38328(Domm. 3, 22).
