Befæstning, Vold opført af Sten; á móti valslöngum eða grafsvínieða þeirri vél, er menn kalla veðr, þáer gótt at styrkja allt steinvirki innanmeð stórum eikiviði Kgs. 895; om Væg- gene i en Stenkirke: reiðit grjót ok viðutil kirkjugerðarinnar - eptir því, semvér hafum áðr skipat með tillögum okum mælt í því bréfi váro, er vér gerðumþegar at öndverðu, þá er upp var hafitsteinvirkit Dn.
