VII, 9515; ekskal gjalda yðr fyrir þetta þakksamligavináttu Stj. 49621; þakksamlig tár Mar.66032. 2) som fortjener Tak, hvorforman maa være taknemmelig; tíðendi -þau er mikils eru verð ok mönnummunu vera þakksamlig dvs. som Folk maa høre med Tak og Tilfredshed, Fm. VIII,100, jvf þakksamliga Eg. 24 (4629).
