víðátta, f. Vidde, Udstrækning (jvf vídd,víðerni); nú hafi þit brotit lög ok sátt-mál við guð, ok vil ek eigi halda ykkrfrelsi lengr í opinberri víðáttu, semfyrr höfðu þit Kgs. 10737; með því athann sá eigi Adam staddan á sléttrivíðáttu - Kgs. 10815; farit nú á víð-áttu jarðar Kgs. 11724.
