VIII, 683;veitum þeim þaðan áhlaup sem harð-ast, ok vænti ek, at þeir vikni við Fm.VIII, 3565. 2) vikna fyrir dvs. lade sigberolige, føie sig, give efter: er skjóttat greina, hversu sá fundr fór, at þarskorti eigi við slœgðir, undanfœrslurok sakverndir, svá at byskup af Ruðu-borg viknar fyrir Thom. 4529; Heilag.I, 7147.
